Terms of Service — Ascension Finance

1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ascension Finance ("the Platform") at ascensionrealm.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to use Ascension Finance.

2.Description of Services

Ascension Finance provides educational trading infrastructure software including Strategy Lab (strategy creation, backtesting, and validation tools), Watchtower (automated trading bot deployment and management), and Community Tools (Discord wallet verification and role management).

ASCENSION FINANCE IS AN EDUCATIONAL SOFTWARE PLATFORM. WE ARE NOT A REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISOR, BROKER-DEALER, OR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. NOTHING ON THIS PLATFORM CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, OR A RECOMMENDATION TO BUY OR SELL ANY ASSET.

3.Eligibility

To use Ascension Finance you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, not be located in a jurisdiction where use of our services is prohibited, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4.Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activity that occurs under your account, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5.Automated Trading — Important Disclaimers

5.1Educational Purpose

All trading strategies, backtests, and automated bot features are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results.

5.2Your Responsibility

When you connect exchange accounts and deploy trading bots, you are solely responsible for all trading decisions made by bots you configure and deploy, any financial losses resulting from automated trading activity, and ensuring your trading activity complies with applicable laws and exchange terms.

5.3No Custody

Ascension Finance does not custody your funds. When you connect an exchange API, your funds remain on your exchange. We facilitate automated API calls on your behalf based on your configuration.

5.4Risk Acknowledgment

Automated trading involves significant financial risk. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

5.5User-Configured Automation

When you configure switching logic, trading rules, or automated parameters, you are solely responsible for those configurations and their outcomes. Ascension Finance maintains a complete audit trail of all user-configured rules, switching conditions, and consent timestamps. By applying any switching configuration or enabling auto-execute, you acknowledge that:

You have reviewed and understood the configured rules
The platform will execute those rules as configured without further notification unless confirmation is required
Any financial outcomes resulting from your configured automation are your sole responsibility
Configuration history, execution logs, and consent records are maintained and available to you upon request via your account audit report

Users may request a complete audit report of their account activity, switching configurations, and trade history at any time through the platform or by contacting admin@ascensionrealm.com.

6.Wallet Verification Services

Our wallet verification service checks on-chain token balances and assigns Discord roles based on holdings. By using this service you authorize us to query your wallet address on public blockchain networks, understand role assignments are based on balance snapshots and may change as your holdings change, and acknowledge that wallet verification does not constitute financial advice or endorsement of any token.

7.Membership and Payments

7.1Subscriptions

Paid memberships are billed monthly. Prices are as displayed at ascensionrealm.com/lab/pricing.html.

7.2Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

7.3Refunds

All sales are final except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion.

7.4Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

8.Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to manipulate, hack, or disrupt platform services, share account credentials or sell access to your account, use automated tools to scrape or abuse our APIs beyond normal platform use, engage in market manipulation or any activity that violates exchange terms, or represent Ascension Finance strategies as personalized financial advice.

9.Intellectual Property

All platform code, designs, strategies, and content created by Ascension Finance LLC are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. User-created strategies remain the intellectual property of their creators. By publishing a strategy to the community marketplace, you grant Ascension Finance a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that strategy within the platform.

10.Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASCENSION FINANCE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FINANCIAL LOSSES FROM AUTOMATED TRADING, LOSS OF DATA, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ascension Finance LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

12.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Carolina.

13.Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
