1.Introduction

Ascension Finance LLC ("Ascension," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Ascension Finance platform at ascensionrealm.com and associated Discord bots and services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services. By using Ascension Finance, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Our services are intended for users 18 years of age or older.

2.Information We Collect

Account Information

Email address and display name upon registration. Discord user ID when connecting your Discord account. Wallet address when using wallet verification features. Membership tier and account preferences.

Usage Data

Trading bot configurations and strategy selections. Bot performance data (trades, signals, P&L in paper trading). Platform activity logs for security and service improvement.

Arena and gamified competition data including game participation history, XP, points earned, store purchases, unlocks, and achievement records associated with your Discord user ID. This data is associated with a universal player profile that persists across all Discord servers where Ascension Finance services are used.

Blockchain Data

On-chain token balances queried via public blockchain RPC endpoints. No private keys are ever collected or stored.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID. Full payment details are never stored on our servers.

SMS Communications

SMS Communications: If you opt in to SMS notifications, your mobile number will be used solely to send transactional alerts related to your Ascension Finance account. Your mobile number will never be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance.

SMS enrollment requires affirmative opt-in: you must enter your mobile number, tick the consent checkbox, and confirm a verification code we text to that number. We record the date, time, originating IP address, and the version of the consent disclosure shown to you at the point of collection. Opting out removes both your stored mobile number and that consent record.

3.How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, operate, and maintain the Ascension Finance platform
Process membership subscriptions and payments
Assign Discord roles based on token holdings
Send notifications related to your trading bots and account
Improve and develop new platform features
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents

4.Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on AWS infrastructure in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage of credentials via AWS Secrets Manager, HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, and access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5.Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services which may process your data:

AWS: cloud infrastructure and data storage
Stripe: payment processing
Discord: community platform and role assignment
Coinbase, Alpaca, and other exchanges: when you connect exchange accounts via API
Alchemy: blockchain RPC provider for on-chain balance queries
xAI/Grok: AI-powered features

Exchange API credentials you provide are stored encrypted and used solely to execute your configured automated trading strategies.

6.Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal account data is deleted within 30 days. Trading history and performance records may be retained in anonymized form for platform analytics. Blockchain transaction records are permanent by nature of the blockchain and cannot be deleted.

7.Your Rights

You have the right to access your personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your account and associated data, disconnect wallet addresses via the /unlink Discord command, and opt out of non-essential communications. 8.Children's Privacy

Ascension Finance is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Contact admin@ascensionrealm.com if you believe a minor has provided us with personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
